CIDB Registration

The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) was established to promote and strengthen the role of the construction industry in contributing to South Africa’s economy and society. All construction companies wishing to apply for tenders are required to register with the CIDB.
To apply for CIDB Registration, you will need to provide the following documents and information:
Company/Close Corporation registration documents (assistance available)
Tax Clearance Compliance PIN issued by SARS (assistance available)
Certified ID copies of directors/members
Share certificates (assistance available)
Recent original letter confirming business banking details
CSD Number (assistance available)
The CIDB Registration process usually takes between 5 and 15 working days. However, delays from the Department due to high workloads may extend this period.

Cost for CIDB Registration: R 1199.00
These fees above are only our service fees. Level 1 has as an additional administration fee of R450 per class payable to the CIDB.
