Letter of Good Standing

A Letter of Good Standing (LOGS) is an official certificate issued by the Department of Labour – Compensation Fund, confirming that a registered business has submitted all its Return of Earnings (ROE) and has paid the required assessment/invoice.

To apply for a Letter of Good Standing, the following documents and information are required:

• CC/Company registration documents

• Certified ID copies of members or directors

• Employer Reference Number or latest Notice of Assessment (issued by the Compensation Fund)

• Total number of employees

• Total employee earnings

The Letter of Good Standing application generally takes 3–5 business days. However, if the Department of Labour is experiencing delays due to workload, the process may take longer.

Once the application is successfully processed, you will receive your official Letter of Good Standing (LOGS).
