Company Income Tax Verification

To verify a Company Income Tax Number, the following documents and information are required:

• CC/Company registration documents

• Certified ID copies of all Members/Directors along with proof of address for at least one Member/Director

• An original letter from the bank confirming the company’s banking details (stamped by the bank)

• Proof of address for the CC/Company — this may be the residential address of a Member/Director if the business operates from home or has no separate premises

• A Power of Attorney authorizing us to act on your behalf (this will be sent via email once the order is placed)

The Company Income Tax Verification process typically takes 2–5 business days, though delays may occur if SARS is experiencing a high workload.

Once the verification is complete, you will receive official confirmation of the Company Income Tax Number.
